Many parents can’t tell if their child is struggling with substance use, and they might not know where to turn. Helpline Specialists can answer your questions and refer you to services to help your child and you.

Anyone can use the Helpline, whether you’re struggling with substance use or care about someone who is.  When you call or use the website, the Helpline will:

  • Assess your needs with simple questions

  • Provide referrals to treatment and recovery services

  • Help you access treatment  

  • Answer your questions about addiction, treatment, and recovery

This is a free, confidential resource available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to all Massachusetts residents.
